Croatian Medical Journal (CMJ) is the official journal of the International Society for Applied Biological Sciences. Selected manuscripts will be published in thematic issue related to the ISABS Conference 2009. This publication is listed in all major scientific indexes. In 2003 the Impact Factor (IF) (PDF 1, PDF 2) of this journal was significantly increased and the journal reached its highest IF in its 12-year history mostly caused by high citation yield to the two thematic issues published in 2001. IF for the year 2007 was even higher: 1.174, due to the thematic issue published in August 2007. So far there were seven thematic issues related to these conferences. We invite you to submit your manuscript for next thematic issue that will be published in 2009. Guidelines for paper submission are available at http://www.cmj.hr/.
