ISABS offers the following levels of membership:

Associate Member

any citizen of the Republic of Croatia or any foreign individuals who upon their acceptance of the bylaws and other general documents of the Society and annual payment of dues shall be entitled to all membership rights and benefits except to hold elected positions and to vote.

Regular Member
|
40 €
|
any person who has been associate member of the Society for at least 2 years and has two recommendations from the regular members of the Society.
Regular membership can be also obtained upon election by the President of the Society.
Regular members may be elected to office, serve on committees, and vote on Society matters.

Student Member
|
20 €
|
all postdoctoral fellows, residents, postgraduate and undergraduate students participating in any degree-granting programs or professional trainings and educations in the field of applied biological sciences at institutions in the Croatia and abroad
All student members upon their acceptance of the bylaws and other general documents of the Society and annual payment of dues shall be entitled to all membership rights and benefits except to hold elected positions and to vote.
No individual shall become and remain a Student member for longer than 5 years without documentation of student, resident, or postdoctoral fellow status.

Collective Members

any organization or legal entity involved in research, education or other activities in the field of applied biological sciences.

Retired Member
|

|
all persons who have been a regular member of ISABS for at least five years, and have retired from their position or practice. Retired members are entitled to all membership rights and benefits (except to hold elected positions and to vote) but shall not be required to pay the membership fee.

Honorary Member
|

|
Honorary Member no chargeall prominent members that have given significant contribution with their work to promotion and success of the Society. The status of the honorary member of the Society shall be appointed by the joint decision of regular members of the Society. Honorary members are entitled to all membership rights and benefits but shall not be required to pay the membership fee.
